Rally held for man shot by police at taqueria in San Jose

A rally was held Friday for a man who was shot by San Jose police at a taqueria last week. He was in possession of a gun that police said he wrestled from a suspect during a fight. Police told the shooting victim to drop the weapon. When he didn't comply, they opened fire. Dozens of activists demonstrated and demanded accountability.
