Oakland Police Department on track to end 20 years of federal oversight

Oakland Police Department have completed the majority of reforms as part of an agreement that has placed the department under federal oversight for almost 20 years. On Wednesday, the police chief and mayor expressed optimism in the progress being made towards full compliance.
