Contra Costa County fire crews respond to 33 arson calls in two days, arrests made

Contra Costa Fire Protection District said crews responded to 33 arson calls across the county in a 48-hour period recently. Investigators have tracked down and arrested four people believed to be arsonists who are working separately.
