Fairfield gun buyback honors councilmember who was shot and killed

Organized by the Matt Garcia Foundation, a gun buyback is being held in Fairfield on Saturday. Garcia was a Fairfield City Councilmember who was shot and killed in 2008. He was 22 years old when he died, and one of the youngest in state history to serve in public office.
