San Francisco D.A. files felony charges in case of community leader's assault

San Francisco's newly-appointed district attorney has filed felony assault charges against a homeless man who has a prior record of violent assault. The suspect is accused of hitting a community leader with a 2x4 and injuring him during an attack.
