Bay Area tributes Queen Elizabeth II, mourns death

Queen Elizabeth II died Thursday at 96. The long-reigning monarch of England had ties to the Bay Area as she had notably visited San Francisco nearly 40 years ago during Ronald Reagan's presidency.
