Citizen launches feature to protect AAPI community

Citizen, a mobile app that lets residents report crimes and public safety hazards, is now offering a preium version that gives users unlimited access to a team of agents available to text or video call whenever they feel unsafe or uncomfortable. KTVU's Heather Holmes speaks with Trevor Chandler, Citizen's director of governmental relations about how the feature aims to protect the AAPI community here in the Bay Area.
