Hearts heavy at Oakland Islamic Center; friends remember homicide victim
One of the victim's of Monday's double homicide was remembered for having a generous heart. Belal Esa, was a prominent member of the community. Police have not released any suspect information and hope witnesses come forward with tips on the drive-by shooting.
