16-year-old slain in East Oakland shooting

One of the victims killed in an Oakland shooting on Friday was a 16-year-old boy. KTVU's Henry Lee spoke with the boy's friends and the police chief. The friends say they don't know if the shooting was targeted or random. A friend was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
