Oakland apartment complex garage flooded
This video, provided to resident DaVina Brown, shows one of the residents of the Coliseum Connections apartment complex driving her car out of the garage, after major flooding from the Dec. 31, 2022 storm. Brown said 20-25 vehicles were stuck in the floodwaters.
