Microsoft, Twitter, Amazon announce new round of layoffs

A string of tech-industry layoffs continued Wednesday. Microsoft announced it plans to cut 5% of its workforce. Amazon and Twitter also are reporting staffing cuts. We talked to people who said they aren't too worried about the cuts if they need to search for a job in tech.
