San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan holds inauguration ceremony

Matt Mahan was sworn in as San Jose's 66th mayor on Wednesday. The inauguration ceremony included a speech by the new mayor where he talked about the issues concerning constituents. There were also performances from diverse groups across San Jose.
