Bystanders struck by gunfire, crash car during shootout in Richmond, police say
Richmond police say two uninvolved bystanders were shot Friday evening when gunfire between two groups erupted. The gunshot victims were in a passing vehicle that crashed into a residential building after the shooting. Their injuries were non life threatening.
