Caravans of thieves break into businesses in various Oakland commercial areas

Surveillance videos show thieves taking their time breaking into businesses various commercial areas in Oakland. We've learned that there have been at least 20 merchants that have been struck so far since Tuesday, with many of them being in Oakland Chinatown.
