Rain, wind, and snow to accompany next Bay Area storm

Rain, wind and snow are all in the Bay Area forecast as another storm is headed our way. KTVU Meteorologist Bill Martin says it's not as major as last week's atmospheric river and that the system should push out of the region fairly quickly on Tuesday.
