SF D.A. dropping charges against man seen attacking former fire commissioner
An attorney for a former San Francisco fire commissioner on Tuesday said San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins has decided to dismiss charges against the man arrested in connection to former commissioner Donald Carmignani's beating earlier this month. The attorney says the DA is prepared to say this attack was out of self defense in a preliminary hearing. The attorney has also released new video of the attack.
