State Attorney General launches civil rights investigation of Antioch Police Department

California Attorney General Rob Bonta, on Wednesday, announced a civil rights investigation into the scandal scarred Antioch Police Department. Bonta says there are significant red flags within the department. The investigation comes as dozens in the department have been placed on leave.
