6th Dublin prison guard, aka 'Dirty Dick,' arrested on sex charges

Darrell Wayne Smith, who worked at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, was arrested Thursday in Florida on a 12-count indictment related to the sexual abuse of three incarcerated women.
