Oakland teachers union announces tentative deal; strike set to end

The Oakland Education Association announced early Monday morning that teachers have a tentative agreement with the Oakland Unified School District. The teachers union said that schools are opening on Monday for students, with instruction resuming on Tuesday. Teachers have been on strike for eight days. Allie Rasmus reports
