Family frustrated with Bonta's decision; former SFPD cop speaks

The family of Keita O'Neil is disappointed in California Attorney General Rob Bonta's decision not to prosecute a former SFPD officer who fatally shot the carjacking suspect through a moving patrol car's windshield. We spoke to the officer involved in the shooting.
