Victims identified in deadly South Bay spree

A 26-year-old and a married couple in their 70s were identified as the three victims killed by a man on alleged rampage in San Jose and Milpitas last week. Kevin Parkourana, 31, is set to be arraigned on charges of homicide, attempted homicide and carjacking today.
