Suspect accused of killing 3 in South Bay refuses to attend court

Kevin Parkourana, the 31-year-old suspect accused of fatally stabbing a man in Milpitas and intentionally running over a married couple in San Jose, refused to leave his jail cell and attend his court arraignment on Tuesday.
