Case dropped against SF cop in deadly shooting

District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced that charges have been dropped against San Francisco Police Officer Kenneth Cha for the deadly shooting of Sean Moore in 2017. Cha has said that he was attacked by Moore when the officer knocked on the door because of a noise complaint.
