50-story skyscraper proposed for San Francisco Sunset District

A developer has filed new plans for building a skyscraper in San Francisco's Sunset District near Ocean Beach and the zoo. The planning department says the revised plan does not comply with city codes. Some neighbors say it would create problems. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama gets reaction from both sides of this issue.
