A group of activists are placing traffic cones on the hoods of autonomous vehicles in order to disable them. They are sharing video of Waymo and Cruise vehicles stopped in their tracks to make a point that this technology isn't quite ready and that the streets of San Francisco is no place for this type of traffic experiment.
