Health officials say notification of toxic 'coke dust' release at Martinez refinery was delayed

A hazardous response team responded on Tuesday to the Martinez Refining Company to investigate the release of "coke dust", according to health officials. The health department adds that the notification of the release was delayed by nearly two hours.
