Family honors man shot and killed by SFPD, want more de-escalation from police
Relatives say a man who was shot and killed by SFPD officers last month in the Bayview District was struggling with mental health issues and that he didn't deserve to die this way. SFPD released body-cam footage of the shooting at a town hall meeting on Friday, saying Ryant Bluford was armed with a gun. Family says police could have done more to de-escalate the situation.
