Police investigating fatal shooting at Oakland's Lake Merritt BART station

A male suspect was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon after a man was fatally shot on the street level at Oakland's Lake Merritt BART station. Police say neither the suspect, nor the victim were riding the train. A motive for the shooting has not been released.
