Bay Area real estate market is doing better than expected, expert says
A new report from Black Knight shows home prices were more than 2% higher in July than the same month last year. Ken DeLeon, the founder of DeLeon Realty in Palo Alto, joined us on 'The Nine,' and says that real estate around the region is doing much better than anticipated last year.
