Antioch man sues Berkeley officer after he said he cocked gun, yelled slurs

Sgt. David Marble , a veteran Berkeley police officer, is being sued for allegedly punching Brian Lindhurst Jr. in the face and pointing a cocked gun at him while yelling racial slurs during an altercation that occurred near the officer’s Antioch home last year.
