Vigil for 4-year-old girl after traffic death near Lake Merritt

Family of a four-year-old girl who died in a bicycling accident after being hit by the door of a parked car, attended a vigil Wednesday and called on the city of Oakland to add protections for bicyclists around Lake Merritt.
