Victim killed in Oakland along Embarcadero

A victim was shot and killed early Thursday morning in Oakland, police said. The shooting was reported just before 5 a.m. in the 100 block of Embarcadero at Jack London Square just outside the restaurant, Nido's and KTVU's station.
