Vallejo sideshow went on more than 2 hours

Witnesses say a sideshow in Vallejo went on for more than two hours Sunday night before they heard gunshots. They also say police never showed up and that it's a surprise that no one was injured. This latest incident is renewing criticism of the understaffed police department.
