Oakland suspect holds child hostage during hours-long standoff with police

An armed man in Oakland barricaded himself in an apartment for several hours late Friday night while holding a 2-year-old girl hostage. Video from the incident shows Oakland police officers with their guns drawn and demanding the man to exit the building.
