Counselor on the front lines of San Francisco's drug crisis speaks

The number of drug overdose deaths is trending in the wrong direction in San Francisco. On Monday, city officials from the health department announced 84 people died from an overdose in August. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama spoke with a counselor on the front lines of this crisis and reports on how the city plans on addressing the issue.
