Public safety concerns front and center at special Oakland City Council meeting

Public safety was front and center at a special Oakland City Council meeting on Tuesday. Residents demanded change and accountability. Councilmember Dan Kalb says he wants to take action. Kalb wants to pass a resolution to allow the city to add more resources including; officers, dispatchers and surveillance cameras.
