Factions emerge at Oakland Police Commission town-hall meeting

The vast majority of the people who attended Thursday's Oakland Police Commission meeting were very much behind fired police chief LeRonne Armstrong and called for his reinstatement. But on the other side, a smaller group said the meeting was less about finding a new chief and more about undermining Mayor Sheng Thao.
