Large police presence, possible shooting outside SF Chinese consulate

City officials warned the public to avoid Geary Boulevard and Laguna street late Monday afternoon. There is a large police presence at the Chinese consulate. A source told KTVU a vehicle drove into the building and there has possibly been a shooting.
