Charter flights out of Israel begin Friday

The U.S. State Department has a new plan for Americans who are stranded in Israel to get out. Starting Friday the State Dept. says they will begin scheduling charter flights out of the country. KTVU's Zak Sos reports from SFO where direct flights to Israel remain canceled.
