Temperatures return to normal, massive amounts of rain predicted for winter.

The seasonal precipitation outlook is in and the Bay Area is once again expected to receive above average totals throughout the winter season. “We are painted for a lot of rain,” KTVU’s meteorologist Steve Paulson said. Expect partly cloudy skies and temperatures on Friday to be in the mid 80s for inland areas, mid 70s around the bay and mid 60s for the coast.
