Pres. Biden's remarks after meeting with China leader Xi Jinping

President Biden emerged from hours of talks with China's Xi Jinping after their summit during the APEC conference on Wednesday. Biden said some of the issues discussed were the flow of fentanyl into the U.S., resuming military to military contact with China, how to regulate A.I. and the ongoing global conflicts between Russia and Ukraine as well as Hamas and Israel.
