BART, Muni must address fare evasion to receive state bailout
Public transit agencies in the Bay Area and across the country are struggling to stay afloat. A bailout from the state could help fund BART and Muni through 2026 but the money comes with conditions. KTVU's Alex Savidge and Claudine Wong speak with public transportation expert Joshua Schank with the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University about how far the funding would go with the agencies.
