Three arrested, including one juvenile, in Oakland shooting

Oakland police are investigating a shooting in downtown Oakland that happened Thursday night. Three people were arrested, including one minor. Police said shots rang out just after 9 p.m. near 19th and Broadway, but no one was struck.
