3-year-old shot and killed at Santa Clara apartment complex, suspect arrested
A man was arrested on suspicion of murdering a child in an apartment complex early Tuesday, Santa Clara police said. Officials said the boy was not related to the suspect, who is the live-in boyfriend of the child's mother, officials said. Police have identified the suspect who is expected to be booked into jail.
