Congressional Race: Evan Low weighs in on key voter issues
In this 3-part series, KTVU's "The Four" features conversations with three of the frontrunners vying for South Bay Rep. Anna Eshoo's congressional seat. Eleven candidates are running for her seat, which represents a district covering parts of Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Rep. Eshoo is retiring after serving more than 30 years in congress. Evan Low was elected to the California State Assembly in 2014 and is currently serving in the leadership team as Assistant Majority Whip. In 2010, Low made history as the youngest, openly LGBT mayor in the country at the age of 26 in the city of Campbell, CA. (Part 2 of interview)
