Pair of crashes shut down road in Contra Costa County

A pair of crashes in the East Bay have shut down San Pablo Dam Road between Orinda and El Sobrante. One of the crashes involved a police vehicle and a black sedan with its trunk open. SkyFOX flew over the scene and could see another vehicle that smashed into a road sign. There was no word on injuries and it is unclear if the crashes are connected.
