Blizzard conditions make Sierra driving dangerous

KTVU reporter James Torrez shows the snowy conditions on the way to the Sierra. He stopped at Blue Canyon, four miles from Emigrant Gap in Placer County, and said he isn't going any farther because he doesn't have chains.
