Concerns over local bridges after Baltimore Structure falls

The collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore is leading many to question what would happen if something like that happened here in the Bay area? To get some more insight we turned to John Goodwin from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
