Richard Allen Davis lawyers seek to overturn his 1996 death sentence of Polly Klaas

Richard Allen Davis, one of California?s most notorious convicted killers, is making a fresh bid to overturn his death sentence in a San Jose courtroom over the 1993 kidnap and death of 12-year-old Polly Klaas.
