Pleasanton has a new interim police chief

Newark Police Chief Gina Anderson who was slated to retire April 11t but got called to step in as interim chief in Pleasanton during the agency’s recruitment for a permanent chief. Anderson talked about a national initiative that Newark PD reached two years ago to hire 30% of women before 2030.
